Limoncello & Holiday Baking

What is better then limoncello for the holidays? You will get instructions when you sign up for starting your lemon liquor base at home. At class you will learn to finish the limoncello. We will also be baking a red velvet pizzelle, double dark chocolate biscotti with white chocolate & peppermint and bourbon salted caramel bars. I will have hot soup & fresh focaccia to eat between baking.

Putting my spin on Thanksgiving Dinner with an Italian flair.

Prosciutto Wrapped & Citrus Stuffed Turkey Breast cooked in the Sous Vide finished on the grill with a Port Reduction. Savory Butternut Squash & Kale Bread Pudding. Parsnip Potato & Fontina Gratin. Tamale Work Shop

Tamales are really not difficult to make, just a little time consuming. But with a few friends we can turn the kitchen into a tamale making factory. We will be making four different flavors of tamales, Braised Short Ribs, Pulled Pork, Roasted Chicken & Butternut Squash. We will sample some in class and each of you will take a dozen home.
