Simple ingredients for extruded pasta. 4 Cups of semolina pasta, 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons room temperature water. It’s that easy.

Slowly pour the water in while your machine is running on a low speed, I move from left to right and back again. You want the semolina to resemble wet sand.
