Chef Shelly will be finishing up her cooking classes in 2025. They say that all good things must come to an end, and I hate to say that its true. It has been such a great pleasure teaching cooking classes after the restaurant closed its doors, eleven years to be exact. But it has been a wild and crazy five years with twenty three culinary tours to Italy, Christmas Markets in Europe, Greece, Portugal and cooking classes booked in between all the tours. The chef would now like to focus her time on family, friends, culinary travel and publishing recipes.
