Risotto Class: Learn the art of patience making risotto. Perfect for fall, we will have a variety
of ingredients and our imaginations. When: Monday

Pasta Class: Learn to make fresh pasta. With the fresh pasta we will make a butternut squash ravioli ravioli,
a wild mushroom cannelloni & smoky chicken lasagna. Class Date: Saturday October 18th Class Time: 10:00 Class Price: $65 Braising Class: Learn the simple techniques for braising. We will prepare a hunter
style chicken, red wine braised short ribs. Great hearty dishes for winter. Class Date: Saturday October 25th Class Time: 10:00 Class Price: $65 Holiday Entertaining: New easy recipes for holiday
